The average processing time for each item is about 2 days*. More complex designs typically take 7-8 days to complete.

The item I want says out of stock—what do I do?

For our ready-made items, these are in limited quantity and once they are sold, they will need to be recreated before they can be restocked. This usually doesn't take long, so if you check back in a day or two, they may be back in stock. For custom and made-to-order items, because these were specially made, we may be unable to recreate these designs. We do consider special requests—contact our team to book a free consultation.

Due to their nature, these "Treasured Orders" may cost more and take a little longer to reach you.
