Returns or exchanges

We will happily exchange, or refund items returned within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure that these are returned in the same condition as you received it, and undamaged in any way. Once we get your item back, we will inspect them and process your refund to the same payment method as your original payment. This can take 5-10 working days.

We are unable to refund or exchange clearance, personalised or made to order items, are very limited (clearance) and have been specially made for you (custom and made to order), unless these are damaged or defective.

Delivery

Once your order has been accepted, we will deliver your item(s) based on the deliver method you have chosen. Below is a guideline of the time scale for each delivery method

Standard delivery: 3-5 business days

Expedited delivery: 1-2 business days

Ninyonga Couture & EinS Processing time

In addition to the delivery times, please allow processing time for all Ninyonga Couture & EinS items that are either made to order or custom made. Below is a guideline:

Standard: up to 7 business days (free)

Expedited: up to 3 business days (additional fee)
