How long will my order take?
Depending on your shipping choice, your order can take between 1 – 5 business days.​

We're sorry your exquisite item is currently out of stock! As these are bespoke and limited edition pieces, once they're gone, they may not return. Can I exchange my item?
We are happy to exchange or refund items returned within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure they are returned in the same condition as received, undamaged in any way.

I haven’t received my order
We're sorry to hear your Ninyonga piece has not yet reached you. If the delivery timeframe for your chosen shipping method has elapsed, please contact us - let's resolve it together.
Can I get my item the next day?
We may be able to expedite your delivery. While it will cost more, it does mean you will receive your Couture sooner. If you would like this service, contact us via our contact page, and we will let you know how we can help.
What delivery methods are available?

My item arrived broken—what do I do?
We’re sorry to hear your Couture piece did not arrive in the condition it was sent. We may be able to arrange a refund or exchange once we receive the item back. Please get in touch

Absolutely! At Ninyonga, we believe in the beauty of giving back. Most of our items are limited edition and sometimes exclusive. Once they're gone, they may not return. We also understand the sentiment of finding "the one"—that one treasure you can't fathom parting with. Don't worry, you are not alone—we are here for you. Simply drop us a message with the details. Due to their nature, these "Treasured Orders" may cost more and take a little longer to reach you.
